Hang Yuan was born in Chongqing which locates at southwest of China. He obtained his B.S. in physics from Zhiyuan College at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree in Applied Physics at Northwestern University and joined the CSML in the fall of 2017. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies, cooking and hiking.
