Installation instructions for OpenSuSE 13.1

Do not choose "upgrade" from an earlier version. Install fresh.
Add the following packages that are not selected by default:
- glibc-devel-static (for creating statically linked binaries)
- libgdk_pixbuf-2_0-0-32bit (for Adobe Acrobat)
- libgtk-2_0-0-32bit (for Adobe Acrobat)
- libxml2-2-32bit (for Adobe Acrobat)
- mmv
- motif-devel
Add additional repositories:
- Google Chrome
- VLC
- Nvidia
